This is an introductory level course addressing commercial aspects of construction for which aspiring construction managers and site management staff need a level of knowledge in order to be able to protect themselves, their Employer and their Clients.
The aim of this course is to provide delegates with an appreciation and understanding of some of the commercial issues within construction, and how these can affect company objectives. On completion of this course, delegates will have a raised awareness and better appreciation of these issues and will be able to make better informed decisions in their day to day dealings with such matters for the benefit of their Employer.

- Their purpose, compilation and use as an effective management tool for project and business control and development

- Methods of Programming – Gantt Chart, Time location, line of balance

- Preparation of the programme

Mode of Delivery:
The training session is run on an interactive basis and incorporates a number of group exercises in addition to elements of PowerPoint presentation.
