Cancellation
Please note that all booking cancellations or transfers must be notified in writing, and are subject to the following charges:
Cancellation within 11-15 working days' notification (inclusive)
External delegate: 25% of course fee
Member: No charge
Cancellation within 6-10 working days' notification (inclusive)
External delegate: 50% of course fee
Member: 25% of course fee
Cancellation within 1-5 working days' notification (inclusive)
External delegate: 75% of course fee
Member: 40% of course fee
Non-attendance without notification
External delegate: 100% of course fee
Member: 50% of course fee
Course Transfer

No charge, provided the new course date is within 3 months of the original course.
With 6-10 working days' notification (inclusive)
External delegate: 30% of course fee
Member: 20% of course fee
With 1-5 working days' notification (inclusive)
